GPIO-4510
The GPIO-4510 is supported with 10 G bit per second bandwidth in data streams which is necessary for research of the next generation systems and for embedded applications, and also as flexible as customers need to be for add-on and/or custom-tailored applications. The GPIO-4510-LVDS available in LVDS interfaces is a digital input and output board which PCs are interfaced via LVDS with customers' target applications at 100 MHz of 128 bit.

Overview
The GPIO-4510-LVDS can be used for evaluation fixtures in high speed data processing such as industrials and embedded boards built with customers' system applications.
The GPIO-4510-LVDS, a hardware board built with 2 G Byte or 4 G Byte DDR2 memory, allows to run on standard desktop personal computers (PCs) and note PCs through PCIe x 1 and USB2.0 interfaces. Data input and output with customers' system applications uses standard 7:1 LVDS logic famous for flat panel displays so that the product can offer a higher bandwidth for data input and output up to 128 bit x 100MHz (1.6 G Byte per sec).

LVDS1 offers 64 bit LVDS interfaces which use four (4) channels of LVDS transmitters compatible with 21 bit Channel Link (compatible with the GPIO-4500).

Custom-tailored LVDS Logic applications
Twenty-eight (28) channels of LVDS interfaces including CLK 4pins prepared in a sixty-eight (68) pins external edge connector allows for custom-tailored products. For example, the products can be customized to meet the needs of a great variety of applications such as feeding Sync signals of LVDS data for 12 through 16 channels generated from CMOS image sensors, of CLK and of H/V, and feeding 12 bit A/D sampling data like 2ch (I/Q) through LVDS interfaces. LVDS interfaces are designed for up to 700Mbps.
Custom-tailored add-on applications
Forty-eight (48) channels of LVDS interfaces including CLK 4pins and eight (8) channels of 3.125 Gbps SerDes are available in add-on board interfaces to meet customers' requirement flexibly.

The photo below shows that 3.125Gbps for four (4) channels of Serdes signals is going through DVI-D cables and that the board captures image streams at 10Gbps, i.e. 1.25GByte Per Second. An add-on board is dedicated for a receiver.

The planned product will allow to transmit 10 Gbps for two (2) channels by leveraging SFP+ connectors used for 10GbE. Customers will be able to use metal cables for short distance like a couple meter long and optical fibers for about 100 meter long. |
