Overview

By loading this product onto your PC, it allows you to construct a high-speed data logger with a maximum capacity of 7.44TB as well as a high-speed/high-volume patter generator. The board is loaded with a Local RAID controller which directly inputs/outputs with the user target, and allows for high-volume data input/output. Therefore during data input/output the operating system never stands between it, and we ensure no careless/uninterrupted operation.

User examples of the GPIO-5000

GPS Signal receiver evaluation system

• Transmission Specification: 1bitx18MHz (LVTTL)
• Data capacity: Max 1.86TB
• System Overview: Evaluates receiving conditions at different spots in a field. The user I/F board processes cable data signals. The high-volume I/O board GPIO-5000 collects raw data. Since GPIO-5000 can collect approximately 1.86TB of data, it was able to find any 'holes' in a field, which could occur anytime and anywhere in a field.

Image processing system LSI evaluation system

• Data specification: 16bit*30~96MHz
• Data capacity: Max 928GB
• System Overview: Tests LSI system by inputting evaluation data to the developing system and collecting evaluation results by GPIO-5000. Having an extremely high-speed maximum data capacity of 928GB, data is transmitted via Serial I/F.

Mobile station signal condition observation system

• Transmission specification: 16bit*51.2MHz*2ch(LVDS)
• Data capacity: Max 1.86TB
• Collects raw digitized data by loading a spectrum analyzer in a mobile station field test.By using GPIO-5000 series, long time collection can be done which wasn't possible with just the spectrum analyzer internal memory, and they were also able to detect irregular errors.

High-speed camera long time recording system development

• Maximum performance: 230MB/sec x 3 distributions = 690MB/sec
• Recording capacity: Max 5.58TB
  *By lining five boards you could get 1.1GB/sec capturing
• System overview: Long time recording of high-speed area camera video/images without compression/lacking quality. This system can be made by using the existing GPIO-5000 and special ordering the signal exchange board.
